Help the Falcons buy new footballs

Hi women’s footy fan!
We are so proud of everything our club, the Darebin Women’s Sport Club (i.e. the Darebin Falcons) has achieved since 1990. At the moment we are watching 16 of our players and 1 of our coaches show just show amazing they are in the AFLW competition. When Darcy takes a speccy, Katie kicks a goal, Daisy tackles someone to the ground and Loz captains the Blues, our Falcon hearts are absolutely beating out of our chests.
We are not so proud, however, that we would refrain from just blatantly asking for your money! If you’re not aware, the new rules for women’s footy mean that for 2017 we are playing with a size 4 ball. Previously it was a 4 and a half. So we are in the position where we need to replace all our balls, which cost us $88 each.
With all the excitement in the air, we have so many girls and women wanting to come and give footy a try, and we want to be able to support them and make sure everyone has a ball in their hands at training so they can practise as much as possible and improve their skills.
At a minimum, we need to buy 50 new balls, but realistically, we are really after 100. Woah! That’s $8800!
Although we are a well-known club with lots of great players, we generally run off the smell of an oily rag, so this amount equates to quite a few hot dogs!
Who are we? This campaign is held by the Board of Management of the Darebin Women's Sports Club (DWSC). An incorporated multi-sport club in Darebin, Victoria, Australia. Our club supports women and girls to play Australian Rules Football, Soccer, Cricket and 8-Ball.
Where will this money go? All funds raised will be used by the Board of Management of DWSC to buy Size 4 footballs, to be used for training and skill development by DWSC players.
