HELP THE LAWYERS

We are inspired by the lawyers who rushed to the airports around the world to help provide legal counsel to detainees.

This all started in January 2017, and the airport attorney movement has not ended.

We are asking for your help to support the efforts of the many attorneys at the airports and the communities who want to support them.

These funds will be used to create an organization called Help the Lawyers, which can help provide items to support the airport attorneys by
 coordinating food deliveries,
 defraying parking expenses,
 securing meeting spaces and internet access,
 purchasing necessary supplies so the lawyers can do their jobs,
 cover operational expenses of the Help the Lawyers organization, and
 support future growth initiatives for changing the airport lawyers movement from an emergency response to a longer term solution.

Help the Lawyers co-founder Dr. Sara Kubik is listed as the beneficiary because the money will sent to her and then will be withdrawn in its entirety and deposited into a separate checking account created specifically for the Help the Lawyers organization.

All donated funds to date will be used for the purposes stated in our fundraising messages.
