Help Towards Down Payment of a Home

I would like to buy an affordable home for my son and I.  With the cost of rent going up these days it has become increasingly harder to save towards a down payment of a home.  I do have 2 jobs and am working close to 70 hours a week on average.  I am actively looking for us and am interested in a home for less than 20,000. If anyone could help us out, it would greatly be appreciated.
