**Due to serious deterioration in Lee’s condition, treatment is no longer taking place in Germany. For full details please see our latest updates. For the background story please continue reading. Thank you for your support. Xx
Some of you may know Lee as premium producer, engineer and DJ of The Elementz Studios, Nottingham. To his family, he is a loving Son, a committed Partner and a proud and dedicated Dad to his beautiful 9-year-old daughter, Ashleigh.
Bad News
In May 2018 Lee was admitted to hospital for 15 days following a bout of shortness of breath. His lung lining had filled with over 3 litres of fluid causing him to almost completely lose the function of his left lung.

After 2 lung taps, multiple tests, x-rays and a biopsy of his lymph node, we finally got the dreaded diagnosis - stage 3s classical Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. With inflamed lymph nodes, an enlarged spleen and a mass in his chest, our fear was realised, it was “the Big C” - Cancer.
Despite the bad news Lee was resolved to be healed. While we his family tried not to crumble, he remained a rock, comforting us at every turn and staying so positive.
The Battle Ahead
Not a moment was lost in self-pity or despair. Not even through the chronic fatigue, fevers, night sweats and worse. Right from the start Lee began to research his options and how he could aid himself in the battle ahead.

Immediately he changed to a raw vegan diet and abstained from alcohol, began a juicing regimen and supplementing as well as exercising (as best he could on reduced lung capacity) in order to maximise his body’s intake of nutrients to aid his immune system and whatever treatment course he may have to follow.
He did not want to allow fear to form the basis of his decision on how he would be healed and so for the last 3 months he has been working tirelessly, fact-finding and researching what treatment to undergo in order to gain the best possible chance of survival. It soon became clear that an integrative approach was the way to go.
The Cost of Surviving
It’s been a rollercoaster of emotions for us all to say the least and at times, we didn’t think we would get there but now, we have found a path that feels right; one that gives us confidence and peace of mind, but there is a cost, one we are hoping and seeking to find support with from our family, friends and well-wishers alike.

Cancer is rife these days, which sadly means many of you will have (or know someone who has) been affected by the disease. If this is the case you will know that chemotherapy alone can have devastating effects on its patients and make them even more susceptible to illness – something as minor as the common cold can become a life-threatening virus to a chemotherapy patient.
To add insult to injury, there is a significant chance of a cancer reoccurring, if this happens chemotherapy becomes a much less viable course of treatment second time around.
We really need to make the first shot count and we can do this by getting Lee on an integrative treatment plan of chemotherapy with immunotherapy drugs - but we have to act fast.
Combined, this will increase Lee’s chance of survival past the 5 year rate, and a very low likelihood of reoccurrence. Hopefully in the future this option will be available through our NHS and every person unfortunate enough to be in Lee’s position will have the best chance of a longer and healthier life.
Sadly, right now this is not the case and time is not on our side. We have had to look to possibilities away from home, possibilities that come with a hefty price tag – though you can’t ever put a price tag on the life of a loved one.

We Really Need Your Help Now
Please help us to save Lee’s life by donating towards his integrative treatment in Germany. Funds will also help towards his cost of living in this time of ill health. This revolutionary treatment will cost over £140K, an unfathomable amount to most of us.
Lee does not have private healthcare or a life insurance policy to pay for treatment or to ease the financial burden of his disease. As some of you may know, he is a self-employed small business owner - so when he can’t work, he can’t earn.
We are all pulling together as a family right now to make ends meet and to try and get Lee the best possible care but our reach is limited; now we are turning to our loved ones and our community in this time of grave need.
This is an urgent appeal - Lee needs to begin treatment immediately. Every day he is left untreated drastically reduce his odds of survival.
Thank you for taking the time to read this. Any support is humbly and gratefully received - even sharing this page would be so helpful.
