Help with Kevin's flood

Hi Friends,

My good friends, the Steele's, have been flooded.   Not just a little flooded.  Waist deep in the basement flooded.

The city has not maintained the water ways properly to deal with the snow melt which led to this flood.  Their insurance company is giving them the run around and may not take care of them.  

I'm starting this GoFundMe to help them cover some the expenses.  I set it to 5000 dollars but I'm sure the damages will be in excess. Hopefully the insurance company with come through but we're not certain yet.  Any help we can offer would be a godsend to Kevin, Kaylene and the kids.
