Help with the home in ashes

I am in shock. I do not know any longer who I am? Why I am still alive? I cannot say a word about it or anything else. I lost everything. All my memories from all over the world, starting with my city of birth - my ancestors photos, all the collectibles, all we brought here reminding us of our culture, our friends, our family from Romania, and then everything from South America and wherever we went to visit for a short or a longer time. We lost it ALL. I left the house in a hurry with just what I had on me in someone else's car. We lost our cars too.That's it. It all burned to ashes. Nothing left behind. Nothing. Homeless. Yes, we have insurance. God knows when, where, how we will get on our feet again. People ask me how could they help me. I really don't know. I cannot think at all. If someone knows what to do or how to do it, just do it. I'll be forever in debt to you. Thank you.
