Help with time to find employment

i am 55 years old, and in December 2016 had an illness called Rhabdomyolysis which almost killed me. This illness also came with an injury, which has left me to be considered partially handicapped. After 2 months, I had recovered enough to begin driving for Uber to make ends meet. I did this very successfully for over a year, working 80 hours/week.
in January 2018, Uber changed Insurance companies. On an annual account review in June, my driving record was deemed no longer acceptable to drive for Uber, as I had an at fault accident in 4/2016. No insurance payout, just a bump in the rear end, but on my record. No appeal possible. Upon inquiry, all other driving services I have found have the same policies.
This campaign is to ask for help with simple living expenses, as well as the cost of taking Uber/Lyft to job interviews. I was renting a car from Hertz to drive Uber, and had to turn that car in once deactivated as a driver. I will find something to earn money, as I am willing to do whatever I am now physically capable of to earn a living. I have been in Sales and Project Management for over 30 years, and any job leads in North Georgia would also be greatly appreciated.
The goal figure mentioned represents about 6 weeks of basic rent and grocery expenses, with the mentioned job interview transportation expenses.
I am down to about a weeks worth of these expenses now, and would appreciate any help you could extend at this time. Things get really bad next week. Please feel free to spread this request to anyone who you think might be interested in helping.
Thank you for listening to my story.
