Help Young, Gifted Nathi Reach the Stars in Ballet
Donation protected
www.theJAC.co.za is non-profit in Johannesburg, South Africa that raises money for extremely gifted students who attend or want to attend Elite College of Excellence.
Nkosinathi "Nathi" Emmeka Nzima is a tremendously talented 12-year-old boy who has potential to be one of the best ballet dancers South Africa has ever produced. His passion, dedication, and desire to be his best every day is inspiring to the other students.
Nathi recently moved out of his grandmothers home and now lives with another student's family so that he can attend the Elite College of Excellence, where has a full academic and dance program that is second-to-none on the Continent.
Nathi's uniform, textbook fees and ballet exam costs have been covered through sponsors, but Elite is now asking for help with Nathi's tuition fees. Hi tuition fees, food and lodging cost $700 per month so our dream is to raise $14,000 so Nathi has a bursary for 2019 and 2020. This will allow Nathi to have the stability and foundation to flourish and grow into the dancer, academic student, and human being he is already becoming.
Please help Nathi reach his dream of becoming an well-educated, professional ballet dancer, where he can make his grandmother and community in Africa proud. Please open the doors so that Nathi can grab this opportunity with all he has.
But we NEED YOUR HELP. South Africa is going through a very difficult financial / economic season.
Dance and music are the purest forms of art and therefore direct expressions of beauty and joy. At ELITE College of Excellence and the Johannesburg Arts Conservatory, we express truths that have meaning beyond mere human language. The culture of artistic expression in Southern Africa is exploding and flourishing and www.theJAC.co.za's mission is to support and foster this while giving access to excellent academic and dance teaching.
The Johannesburg Arts Conservatory is funded by sponsors and gives 100% of proceeds to the academic and artistic needs of students in South Africa. TheJAC.co.za also works with area theatres to give performance opportunities that bring people of all races and economic backgrounds together to celebrate the best of the human spirit. TheJAC.co.za is run by 100% volunteer staff made up of entrepreneurs and artists who love children and love the arts. In this way, your gifts could not go farther and bless more people when you donate to www.TheJAC.co.za.
