Please continue to keep Robert in your prayers.
We are so grateful for all the prayers and donations to help my brother Robert through his first month of chemotherapy treatments. Thankyou especially to our family and friends for helping to reach our initial financial goal!
Rob was recently diagnosed with Leukemia. Last month, after many tests, he was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia or ALL. He was in the hospital for one month to undergo chemotherapy. He was just discharged and will now receive weekly chemo treatments as an outpatient. His doctor said it may be a long two years before he is done with all the treatments and tests for his illness. We are all hoping for a quick and permanent remission.
I know Rob won't ask, but I am. Would you consider helping Rob through this very challenging time? Please also keep him in your prayers for a full recovery.
This past year was already filled with many challenges for Rob. He just started a new job a few months ago, when he started getting fevers, night sweats, and then pain. He was hospitalized since the end of July with no sick leave, coverage or benefits.
Feel free to drop him a call on his cell or send him a text to wish him well.
Rob is too proud to ask for help. But as his older sister, I know he can use all the help and support that he can get right now and on his on his long road ahead. And who better to ask but his family and friends.
All My Love & Thanks,
Ellen
