Help Beckett Kick Cancer's Butt
Donation protected
Beckett is a 4 year old spitfire with a huge personality and a contagious smile. He is the middle child in a family of 3 children, ages 5 and under. On April 25th, 2018, Beckett was diagnosed with Very High Risk Pre-B Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, Pneumonia in the left lung, and Acute Respiratory Failure. He is currently being treated at Children's Health.
He spent 10 days in the ICU during the induction phase and was in patient for 35 days. 33 of those 35 days, he was in complete isolation. He will continue to receive treatment over the next 3 years. He will be undergoing phases where he requires extensive hospital stays and will be admitted for fever/illness. This battle will last three long years. He is scheduled to end treatment on August 8, 2021. His sisters have endured a lot of change and adjustment. Big sister, Aubrey, has stood by his side through it all while little sister, Chandler, has had to learn to adjust to having her big brother and her protector gone for extensive periods.
His fight and his parents fight starts now. Between treatment costs, travel expenses, medical deductibles, prescriptions, etc it will all add up quite fast. Beckett's Mom and Dad will have to take off quite a bit of work as well. If you can help, even a little bit, it would be so greatly appreciated. This family needs to be able to focus all of their energy on Beckett and not have the finances of everything come down on top of them. No family fighting cancer should ever receive a bill for $626,000. Thank you and God Bless.
