Help faygo Save His Mom's Property

Hello, I'm faygo. Some of you may be familiar with my efforts in Sacramento to help our community. For years I have been on the front lines in the fight for justice, and do so without concern for compensation. You can often see me at city hall, either outside with community dinner project helping feed the hungry, or inside speaking to issues that are negatively impacting the residents of Sacramento. I do this while being homeless myself. Enough about me though, let's get to why I'm making this fundraiser. I'm here to ask for support from the community. If ever you wanted to do something to help me out, this would be a great time. On March 23rd my mom passed away from breathing complications. She left behind a 7 acres property and a Ford f250 truck in Oregon. I'm her only child, as she was my only blood relative. She still owed $27,000 on the property, but the truck just needs to be reregistered and transferred into my name. Innitially I had planned to raise just enough to pay off the interest and make the property ready to rent, and is the rent to pay off the rest of the debt on the property. That changed about a month ago, when I found out that the person she owed had moved to foreclose on the property, before I could even start probate... Now I have until October to come up with the full amount of the premium ($25,000) and he may waive the interest. I will be using other ways to raise money on top of this fundraiser. One such way is a benefit show to help raise money to pay off the debt, and I will also be seeking odd jobs along the way. If you can donate any amount it would be appreciated.
