Kentucky Woman, Susan Moore's Fund

Hi, I'm Stef Michaels, better known around the globe as "Adventure Girl". Because I live on Twitter, I found a tweet about a woman, named Susan Moore, from a small town in Kentucky.

Because she can't afford the $5.00 each way to get her to her mandatory dialysis treatments, which she has to go to 3x times a week, and medicare will no longer cover her trips to and from, she HAS to die. That's $30.00 per week, she simply can't afford on her limited income.

I don't know Susan, but have been moved by her story to help her.

I was taught, that if you can help just one person, it soon becomes a pay it forward movement.

So, I've set this page up to help Susan as a start, to not only drive attention to the medicare plight in our country (USA), but also hopefully to help the many others, who need our assistance.
