Help support the Wade Family

On October 14th, my mom Muriel Lewis and I were involved in a hit and run on the highway heading home. The car driving next to us was trying to cut me off and in doing so ran us off the road and into a tree. The impact smashed the front of the car, totaling it, and trapping my mom inside. When the police came they had to use the jaws of life to get her out. My mom is currently at John Muir Walnut Creek and will be their for at least 5 weeks if not longer. She has to receive multiple surgeries on her right leg and wrist because they were completely shattered during the impact. She had her first surgery on Oct 14th after the accident and her second on the 17th. She has another surgery planned this week on the 19th and more to come this weekend. My mom has always been the rock in my life and has always brought a bright light to those around her. We are both blessed and thankful to still be alive but it kills me to see her have to go through so much pain and to know the hard recovery she is facing ahead of her. I took this week off to be with her at the hospital but I won't be able to afford taking off anymore time after this. This gofundme is to help support the medical expenses, transportation, and towing fees we are now facing and to help keep us afloat with the bills.
