HICO Collaborates with HOT

Hartford Independent Chamber Orchestra (HICO) is collaborating with Hartford Opera Theater (HOT) to perform the works of Hartford composer, Jessica Rudman in a concert called Speaking Her Truth . This concert features the world premiere of Rudman's opera "Marie Curie Learns to Swim," along with her monodrama "Trigger" and song cycle "Lady Macbeth." The performance is on April 28, 2018 at 7:30 at Christ Church Cathedral, 45 Church Street, Hartford, CT.

Funds raised in this campaign will go towards paying HICO musicians' performance fees, and equipment rental fees (percussion!). Your donation will help HICO  further its mission of promoting the music of our time in Hartford.
