Finally putting my words into action! OCTOBER 2019
I've wanted to do this bike ride since I was a teenager. It made its way onto my 'Bucket list before I'm 30' and well... it's getting pretty close to that so here goes!
Lands End - John O Groats by Bicycle!
The 'traditional distance' is 874 miles or 1407km.
There are several routes, and I'm only in the very early planning of this adventure!

The main things you need to know if who I'm doing it for. Not only is it a personal challenge but I would like to raise some money too. That way Im less likely to give up after the first uphill!
There are two charities that are close to me. Two which I have seen and know the work that comes from them!
SCOPE - This charity helped my family when my brother was born. he was diagnosed with Celebral Palsy and didn't have the easiest start.
As a kid I remember supporting this charity by collecting money door to door with my mum every year. This is my way of giving something back to them.

The FRANK AND CALLA BELL SCHOLARSHIP FOUNDATION - This foundation has been close to me since 2011 when I first went to the USA and worked at Camp GreenCove. Most people who know me know how much I loved this place and how much I learnt and grew in my 5 summers there. This charity helps send kids to camp who otherwise would not be able to.

I know my goal is pretty high, and I want to incorporate another one of my passions into this.
As a lot of you know I like to draw people's pets.
and I want to do this and use the money raised through that to contribute to the $1000 target!

But for donations of:
£20/$25 - I'll give you an A5 drawing of your pet or a drawing of your choice (within reason)
£40/$50 - I'll give you an A4 drawing of your pet/your choice (again within reason) :)
And the postage will be free (for you anyway)
So why not DONATE some money - make me bike 1000 miles and get a hand - drawn piece of Art! Sounds like a WIN-WIN-WIN.
