Hope for Hope the Golden Retriever

Hope is a roughly 4 week old golden retriever puppy that was found in the dumperster at one of my apartment communities. We are trying to give her a fighting chance, but the medical bills are stacking up. Any help to get this sweet girl back to her normal self will be appreciated. It’s a shame that such sick people are in this world, and we have to do all we can to fight that.
