This account is dedicated to Julie. Julie is a not your everyday 21 year old girl. She inspires, lifts spirits, and is sure to make you laugh despite all the world has thrown in her way. She is a small-town, country girl who marches to her own beat and we lover her for it.
Unfortunately Julie is currently fighting for her life. Our Julie is in desperate need for a liver transplant. i write this from her hospital room in Albany's St Peters as we wait to be transfered down to NYC. Julie not only has a liver disease but an autoimmune disease as well that is attacking her liver, worsening her condition. The doctors have informed us her liver is in failure. Without a transplant, Julie has less than one year to live.
We are in desperate need of funding to support Julie's past, current, and future medical bills, hopsital stays, hotel rooms for herself and family members during procedures. We know times are tough for everyone, but any donation no matter how small is truly appreciated.
Julie has a long journey ahead of her. We ask for your prayers and hearts to be with our family during this difficult time. We thank all who share and contribute to save this young girl's life. To show our gratitude, funds that are not used will be donated to other liver patients we meet on our journey.
