Help me get my movie script written

I have a great idea for a horror movie that is in the vein of Road House mixed with a little Walking Tall, Supernatural, From Dusk till Dawn and Over The Top. Who doesn't love these movies and TV show? Many of my friends love the idea that they really want to see it made. I've gotten nothing but positive feedback from all that have heard it including James Oster from Joblo.com The thing is I'm not a writer. A friend of mine hooked me up with an awesome writer/actor/producer/director. The money earned is going to him to write this with me. He really loved the idea I pitched to him. If this sounds like a movie you'd like to see please help me get the script written!!
Here is a brief description of the movie
The main character (Jake) is a demon hunter from Oklahoma who travels town to town to stop them from opening gates to hell. Jake Stumbles upon a particular gate that is under this rowdy rundown cowboy/biker bar. These demons look as human as you and I, but to Jake he can see their real form. He gets hired by the daughter of the bar owner to be the bouncer after she sees a fight that he has with a couple bikers. She wants to clean up the bar and make it respectable again like when her father first opened it after his return from Vietnam.
The town just had a CEO of a huge real estate devolopment company visit who happens to be a demon and wants to buy the bar because of the gate underneath it. She refuses to sell, so she sends her goons to rough up the place and kill whoever gets in their way. It will even have a few funny nods to the movie Road House. Jake will have people keep referencing it to him but he doesn't know anything about it...he will be clueless. He's too busy demon hunting. The ending will be a wink to Road House.....The backstory is he has an uncle who always told him about demons and things that go bump in the night. He thought he was just trying to scare him and was crazy from the war but little did he know under his farm was a gate. Something came through it and his family was murdered in front of him. He then goes to live with his uncle in Atlanta. While living with his uncle he realized he was telling the truth the whole time. His uncle first encountered demons when he was over in the Vietnam war. Jake then goes out on his own when he is old enough and ready to handle the demons drifting city to city closing these gates. I'm telling the opening scene as a flashback.....it is a flashback because he is sleeping at a truck stop. Reliving this horrible experience is his motivation but also his nightmare....we then move onto the main plot of the story
