HRT/alleviating poverty in general
Donation protected
My name is Kiera and I'm a twenty year old trans woman living in Ireland. I'm hoping to access hormone replacement therapy (HRT) which is a life-saving form of gender-affirming treatment that many trans people accesss. Unfortunately, since the Irish health service's system for accessing HRT is very poor and my severe gender dysphoria means I simply cannot wait any longer, I am being forced to use a private service based in the UK, which is significantly more expensive. Currently I simply do not have the funds to pay for it and this is having an awful effect on my mental and physical wellbeing. All I am asking for is a relatively small amount of money to help bridge the gap between now and January, when I am relocating to another country where I will have a better financial situation and easier access to HRT. I will be incredibly thankful to anyone who can donate even a tiny amount.
