Haiti Camp Perrin Community Relief
Donation protected
Hello,
I am Georgia Thomas, a family law attorney. I reside with my husband, Rick, in Miami, Florida. I am originally from Camp Perrin, Haiti.
On October 3, 2016 Hurricane Matthew left a trail of destruction in Haiti. Homes, churches, schools, and roads have been destroyed. Worse of all, many lives were lost. Haiti is facing a humanitarian crisis. The question is where do we go from there?
Well, we are answering the call of the residents of Camp Perrin. These people have nothing left, except the clothes on their backs. We are helping them to rebuild the schools so that their children are off of the streets and back learning as they should, their homes because shelter is a basic necessity of life. We need to buy metal sheets and wood to start the reconstruction. A metal sheet runs from $4 to $5 dollars each. We ask for you to buy 2 sheets or more, as many as you can. You can provide anonymously. We will list the names of all who contributed and present them at the time of the donation. You will see photos of the work performed with the donation on social media.
We thank you all for coming to the rescue of our brothers and sisters.
Sincerely,
Attorney Georgia Thomas
