Nic's Handicapped Accessible Van

Hello World!  My name is Nicolas Brown.  I will be 15 years old on December 23rd.  I'm a typical teenager with a twist.  I was born with a disability called Myotubular Myopathy.   This means I have low-toned muscles and I need help doing most physical activities.  I get around in my power wheelchair and I'm really fast, which upsets some people, especially the teachers at my high school where I am a freshman.  I have a tracheostomy and use a Triology ventiliator to support my breathing.  I require 24 hour care because of the ventilator.  I have a nurse that goes to school with me and sometimes a nurse at night.  My Mom takes care of all the rest, and it's a lot for one person.  But enough about all that medical stuff.  Let's talk about why I'm here.  
I need a handicapped accessible van so I can get to places in my wheelchair.  I have weekly doctor's appointments, therapy appointments and other cool stuff that I would like to do.  We had a 1993 converted accessible van but it stopped working last year.  We have tried public transportation but it's not the best because of my medical needs.  I would like to get out more and see this great country of ours and be able to ride in style, and go to those pesky appointments.    So I am asking you beautiful people of this great nation to spare a little money to help us buy a van.  And if there are any gamers in the San Diego area, I challenge you to some video games.  Be in touch!   But seriously, my Mom takes really good care of me mostly by herself.  We could really use some help on this transportation situation.  And if we are ever in a town near you, we would love to stop by and thank you personally.  Anything you can do to help would be awesome.  Thank you very much for your help and happy holidays to all.
