This is such an unexpected loss for all of her loved ones. Mandy had such a caring heart, if you were down and out, she would help you. Mandy had a beautiful soul and was so loving. We will miss long talks on the phone with her.

She loved decorating for all of the holidays - Christmas and Easter were her favorites. Mandy loved music and always knew how to have a great time. She was so much fun to be around. She was an amazing mom to her three beautiful children. She loved being near the ocean, dolphins, and winters in Florida. She was a loving daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and friend.

Mandy will truly be missed! God received a beautiful angel the day Mandy passed away.

Mandy is survived by her husband, Billyjoe Morgan; daughter, Krista Lyndell Morgan; daughter, Jestina Mae Morgan; son, Dezmond Bryant Morgan; parents, Wendy and Brian Reuter; brother, Brian D. Reuter (wife, Teresa); sister, Brenda James (husband Oran); paternal grandmother, Shirley Reuter; niece, Mariah James; many aunts, uncles, and cousins; and granddaughter, Lilliana Lenise Jackson.

In lieu of flowers we ask that donations be made to provide for her children. They have a long road ahead of them without their mother so anything we can do to make it easier for them would be greatly appreciated.
