Retainer Fee

I'm seeking for to hire a lawyer to represent me on Feb 16, 2017 . My daughter Ella 2 years old was taken from me on December 7,2016. When I called the cops,  the officer said he can't don't anything as he is the father. The next week I went to file for child custody papers, he was than served by mail. I don't make enough to hire a lawyer most of them are asking for $2,000-$5,000 as the retainer fee, I'm still searching for one that can accept payments and their retainer fee to be affordble.
