IncurabIe Illness Warm Climate Move

I was diagnosed with Sarcoidosis over 5 years ago. It initially started in my lungs, and has spread to my eyes, given me rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, diabetes, etc. basically my body is breaking down as the disease progresses. I live in the Midwest, and can no longer tolerate fall and winters here. I need assistance in accumulating funds to move west to a warmer climate. I no longer work (unable to and to young to get my pension) I receive ssdi which makes it virtually impossible for me to save the amount of money I would need to make a successful move.
