Injured Coyote Rescue

The NextDoor community is rallying around the rescue of a severely injured coyote who has been suffering for a long time from a plastic tube stuck around her neck, causing her immense pain and limited mobility. The coyote is a new mom and struggling to survive. 

Katie Ryan of Poway has been working relentlessly with various animal organizations throughout the county to help the coyote. Unfortunately, attempts to trap her have been unsuccessful thus far. The money raised will be used to hire a private trapper who will take her to a medical facility in Ramona for treatment. 

Any unused funds will be divided between the nonprofit charities who have been helping with the rescue: The Funds for Animals in Ramona, Krista Brown Rescue, and Emergency Animal Rescue.
