Hi, my name is Stephen Hill, and I just finished my first year of seminary for my home diocese of Savannah. After this year, it has become abundantly clear to me that my role in the Church is to enter a Benedictine Monastery called Our Lady of Clear Creek Abbey (website) in order to dedicate my life to the celebration of the Liturgy--both the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass and Divine Office (see video above for more details). I have officially been accepted (see letter below), but my student loan debts are preventing me from entering! They are a poor community and cannot accept men with any debt. It will take an incredible amount of time to pay off with my part time job I have been able to find, but I can enter as soon as I have the debt settled. Please, I need your help to raise $14,000 so that I can enter, God willing, in August. I would appreciate each and every donation you are able to make, no matter how small, it helps to diminish my debt. Please also spread my page on facebook, twitter, email, church groups, etc. I appreciate your help! With your help, I can dedicate my life completely and totally to the Liturgy and "I will go unto the Altar of God, to God Who giveth joy to my youth" (Ps. 42(43)).
