Iron Badgers Mongol Rally

Sunday the 5th of July 2015, the IRON BADGERS will be embarking on a life-changing journey to London, England, thundering over 16,000 kilometers across mountains, desert and steppe of Europe to Asia, to finish about a month-ish later, and over a quarter of the way around the globe, in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. 

There is;
         No backup,
         No support  
         No set route

This campaign is for raising money for Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia. It's a requirement of the race we raise $2000 for a chosen charity though we beleive that we can make more.

Postate Cancer Foundation of Australia (PCFA) is a broad based community organisation and the peak national body for prostate cancer in Australia, focusing on research and the impact of Prostate Cancer to communities. We're supporting them because, in Australia, prostate cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in men and responsioble for over 3000 death per year.

To save money we plan on roughing it; camping along the side of the road, preparing our own food, and driving slowly to reduce fuel consumption and limit breakdowns, no matter the consequences to our personal comfort we will make the trip. This trip comes at great personal exspence and we plan to give as much as we can back to charity. Though to bring this epic expedition to fruition, we need your support!

Your support could be anything! While a donation below would provide the much needed cash for PCFA, If you (or your friends or family) in a position  to help in some other way we would really appreciate it. Maybe you could offer a couch on the road, or have a friend who could? An old camera or bike worth donating? Or even have a solid tip on a place to camp. Basically we're flying by the seat of our pants on this one, so get in touch with us here!
