Isabel Ortiz was a beautiful young lady whose life will be remembered by all who had the honor of being blessed with knowing her. Isabel is best described by her friends, family and coworkers as a happy soul who always had a smile on her face. She was a breathe of fresh air to all who crossed her path. Please keep the Ortiz family in your thoughts, heart and prayers as they endure what is the most difficult time in their life. This account has been created to support the Ortiz family emotionally and to help offset their financial expenses.

As we all know Isabel was a loved and respected member of our Centegra family where she gave her heart and soul daily to her patients and coworkers. Her sister Patty is a nurse in the intensive care unit at Centegra and will need all our support.
