Izkina apiary and rooftop garden

Izkinadallas.com Hello friends!! I’m building an apiary and rooftop garden here in the great neighborhood of Deep Ellum, Dallas, TX. I’m the chef of Izkina which is inside of the Deep Ellum hostel. From day one I made it a goal to start growing on our rooftop. It’ll help in so many ways to bring a great addition to our guest experience to see the garden themselves as well as with the introduction of honey bees the natural beauty of plant life in the neighborhood will go up exponentially. I’ve already had some help from many of my local farmers and other businesses to get the ball rolling. Since the weather is finally coming around I can get the seeds I ordered planted and watch Mother Nature take it the rest of the way. With y’alls help I can complete the apiary and get things going full throttle. Here’s a breakdown of what’s still needed and cost.
