Jen & Scott Owen Adoption

We are thrilled to announce that we are expanding our family through adoption! 

We started the adoption process in late 2018 and hope to be matched with a newborn baby in the coming months. 

The process  started by gathering A LOT of paperwork and setting up appointments to complete our financial, medical and family histories.  We have encountered large fees along the way to complete the necessary home study, medical exams, background checks, etc.  

We are currently working on completing the last bit of paperwork so that we can become active.  Once we become active we can be presented to birth Mom's as potential parents for their baby.   From there, we have faith that God will match us with the child meant for our family.  

Adoption gives us the incredible opportunity to make a positive difference in a child's life and grow our family, however the unfortunate reality of adoption is that it is incredibly expensive!  The median total cost of a domestic adoption is $30,000 to $45,000. 

We have started this fundraiser in an effort to help us manage costs for remainder of our adoption.  Your gift would only be used for adoption fees and be a great blessing to our family as we prepare our home for our baby.
