We're Going to Horse and Buggy!

Hi, my name is Jennifer Bunker.
 
I'm 18 years old. I live in a "Plain" community in Central Texas. "Plain" means that we live off-grid, like the Amish! We live "plain" and off-grid, but there has always been one thing missing. Thus far we haven't been able to go to horse and buggy travel.

But now is the time! After ten years on our off-grid farm, we're ready!

We're here to raise  money for a set of horses and a wagon. We plan to get two Amish buggy horses for our family, along with a "milk hack' wagon.  These are very special horses, raised and trained for this very specialized and important job. Plus we'll need tack and training from an expert about how to work with and care for our new friends. We already have an expert in mind who is going to help us accomplish our tasks. We hope to raise the alloted amount within a month or so we can begin this process.

Like most farm girls, I have always wanted a horse and have read as many books as I can about the care of them. I have worked closely with professional trainers andI have always loved the work. Our family has had a goal for a very long time to enhance our plain lifestyle with horses for work and for travel.
