Hi I am Carrie Adams. I am a proud grandmother of my first grandson Jeremiah . Jeremiah is going to be 2 years old this summer . He is a charmer . He is a delightful happy little boy .
Jeremiah was severly injured in a SBS circumstance.
He does not have the ability to walk , talk or move independantly . Jeremiah continues to have professional care / nursing - daily , occupational & physical therapy at home and is seen by his doctors weekly .
Jeremiah is growing as expected . He has very recently been fitted for a wheel chair . The immediate need for a proper handicap accessible vehicle is why I have started this gofundme page for my grandson .
I will personally be grateful as well as Jeremiah's Mommie for every donation that is contributed to this fund .
The benefit's and possibilites of being able to travel with a young child whom is challenged with a myriad of disabilities would improve their quality of life .
We will certainly share updates of Jeremiah with all of you .
