Friday January the 27th while Jerry was at work, his home was on fire. He had no idea, a neighbor called and told him while he was driving but it was already too late.
Jerry lost everything he had with the exception of t-shirts he somehow managed to recover.
I can’t imagine how Jerry is feeling right now sorting through a charred rubble that was once his entire world, he loved that place so much.
Jerry lived in the country, just him and his dog, best friends to the end.Tragically his faithful sidekick was inside the home and was also lost in this terrible accident.To lose so much so fast, one day everything is alright and the next, nothing is left, not even the faithful friend that always greeted you at the door after a hard day’s work.
Jerry is staying in a nearby hotel and drives back and forth trying to dig through the pile in hopes of finding anything, old pictures, family heirlooms, memories, just anything.
Right now Jerry needs our kindness, our thoughts, our prayers or well wishes. Anything will help, we ask that you reach into your hearts and do anything you can for Jerry at this time.
