Digital creating & storytelling

My name is Don Masse and I teach elementary school art at Zamorano Fine Arts Academy in San Diego. We are a title 1 public school with a very diverse student population.
My plan is to purchase 5 bloxel sets for my art classroom. This would allow students to collaborate and develop skills in creating, storytelling, and programming in a very approachable, relevant, and fun way.
Bloxel building combines creating hands on pixel art and then translating it into characters, characters, stories, and games on digital devices. Students turn hands on designs into interactive video games.
I would love to showcase works that students create in our annual art exhibition in June of this year.
Having this creative resource in my classroom will engage students in a huge way and it will promote skills in visual art, ELA, and digital literacy.
My students and I will be extremely grateful for any contribution you may make, so that this activity can become reality in my classroom.
