Jill Rowell's Journey to be Cancer Free
Jill has recently been diagnosed with blood clots in her lungs & legs which required medical professionals to further investigate the source of the clots.
This led to the unfortunate diagnosis of ovarian cancer. We are all helping Jill prepare for this long journey at UIHC. The plan is to have surgery later this month & then 6 months of intense chemo to follow.
The current RX Jill is taking is $1800 for THREE - yes 3 days worth of shots. Once this course is complete, they will do her surgery & then be able to start the daily chemo regimen.
As most of you know, Jill is self employed & will not be able to go on a "medical LOA" and have short term disability kick in to help pay her monthly bills as well as all of the medical bills that will follow.
Our main goal is to have Jill focus on HEALING & not finances during this time.
Jill is a woman of strong Faith & has the best attitude going in.
