Jim Macvicar Funeral Costs
Donation protected
I am writing on behalf of my Sister Gillian, my Nieces Lauren, Cara and Chelsea-Ann and Jim's daughter Kayleigh who have sadly and suddenly lost the most important man in their life leaving their world in pieces.
Jim was loved and respected by so many, he was a kind soul who would go above and beyond in helping anyone he needed. Whenever i would come to visit my family in Scotland, he was the first person to contact me, asking if there was anything i needed and helping me with the arrangements, because thats just the kind of man he was. He was well known in the football circuit and had a passion for his beloved teams Morton FC and Sheffield United, but he loved nothing more than his Wife and his girls.
As you can imagine, no one plans to say goodbye to a loved one this soon in life and so no one prepares for the financial implications that this has on their family. Jim had the kindest nature and would never ask for anything in return but if he was ever to ask for anything it would be that people take care of his Wife and children. I am appealing to anyone who loved and cared about Jim, his best friends, his family and anyone who's life he's touched.
My grief is insignificant in comparison to that of my sisters and his children's. I can not comprehend what they are feeling at this moment in time but the last thing i want for them to think about is how they are going to afford the send off he deserves, and if anyone deserves the best send off its Jim.
Any money raised here will go directly to cover the funeral costs for Jim. If there is any money raised above the target it will go to help support Gillian and his children.
My sister doesn't deserve to worry about this, she needs to focus on coming to terms with everything, You can reach me or any of her sisters Sharon Morrison or MiMi Black on Facebook if you need any more information. Please feel free to write any memories you have with Jim in the comments below, it would be healing to remember him from everyone elses perspective.
