Treatment for paralysed brother

Alin paralysed from the waist down, while sleeping, in May 2015. We are trying to offer all the support we can, but the monthly treatment is expensive, and we cannot afford it. The treatment he needs costs at least 900 euros per month. Being able to see Alin walk again would mean the world to us, especially since this has struck him at the young age of 27.
