fix my broken nose, please

This is so embarrassing. At 2am yesterday morning I fell asleep on the toilet and fell forward and broke my nose on the tile floor. I was just way tired from lack of sleep. I am 50 years old and don't drink, I haven't done drugs in over 25 years. I have no insurance of any kind - I can't afford that ridiculous Obama care, but welfare thinks I make too much money. I have no idea how I'm going to afford this ER bill when it comes in, and I won't even bother with the follow-up visit to the nose Dr if I can't pay it. I'm not vain, but no one wants to walk around with a really crooked nose if they can avoid it. If enough strangers can afford to part with even $5 I would be able to pay this! And I will post updates on every bill as it comes in. Thank you in advance for your generosity.
