Help Give A Burn Survivor Freedom!

Hello, I'm Joe Green. I am a bi-lateral leg amputee burn survivor and I'm looking for donations so that I can get a vehicle to help me get to physical therapy, my prosthetics company, doctors appointment, etc. My accident was April 10, 2016 so I'm almost 2 years in. I fell asleep at the wheel that night and with the injuries I sustained I am now the epitome of a rolling do not drink and drive billboard. I was thrown from my truck as it started flipping out of control and landed on my left side, collapsing my left lung, broke ribs, broke my shoulder, and suffered hip and knee injuries as well on my left side. Right after I hit the ground my truck landed on top of me, pinning me to the ground as a fire started raging. My lower half was stuck under the truck and suffered severe 3rd and 4th degree burns but as that was happening a couple of good Samaritans came running out of their homes and were able to pull me from the wreckage. I was stabilized at a local hospital then lifelined to an Indianapolis burn center where they had to amputate my legs, I also lost my penis and can't produce my own testosterone. Body parts were not all I lost either. Obviously my truck was beyond totalled. I lost my own place to live, my job, my dignity, and everything I was working towards at Ziebart. Then came along my brother and his wife to help out. They along with donations from all of my family and friends remodeled a garage on my brothers property for me to live and with being so close to them they were to help me with needs like groceries and getting scripts. But all of this posed too much for them and they literally had me evicted after 1 month of living there and from a house that was paid for by donations to me. Needless to say that no one understands how they could do this and yet again I'm left with not much more than the clothes on my back. It's been extremely rough trying to bounce back after all of this and I haven't gotten into all of the physical problems I've had and still deal with. It's been a nightmare but I'm sick of living in such a state and would like to start progressing in the right direction. The first step for me right now, since I'm pretty limited on options at the moment, is to start physical therapy. I will 100% need this to walk again. I have already started working with my new legs and it's going good just on my own so I can only imagine how much better it'll be once I can get to p.t. 3 days a week and go to my prosthetics company for regular adjustments. This is what brings me here. At the moment I can't find a ride to all of these appointments and dealing with companies that give rides to people like me is a nightmare in and of itself. They can waste away an entire day of your time for a 1 hour appointment and that's if they even have open spots. Add doctors appointments and counseling in and it's a full time job trying to figure out how I'm getting to everything at this point so a vehicle of my own would help more than words can describe. Not to mention just having a sense of freedom again that I haven't had for 2 years. After everything I've lost it would mean the world to me if you could help me get a vehicle. This money will go directly to me and only be spent on a vehicle. I am saving on my own as well, it's absurdly slow going but it all adds up so anything you can live without will help me live more!
