Help Joel with Lotto Legal Fees

I won the $27 M  jackpot but lost it because of computer issues.
 
After 7 years of fighting for my case,I now owe over $250,000 in legal fees and court costs ($100k of my own legal fees plus $150,000 in upcoming Loto Quebec fees and court costs),

I played by Loto Quebec’s rules and purchased my ticket before the advertised 9 PM deadline.  

As a matter of record they acknowledged in Court  that my request was in their system by 8:59:47 PM but a delay in their computer systems caused a lag in issuing my ticket for that night’s $27 M jackpot.
  
                           They just said : "TOO BAD"

Please help me with this unfair burden.
