Joel's Cancer Fight * Our Support

Update 5/6/17:  Sweet Joel is no longer in pain.  Joel is at rest.  I invite you to read below.  We are surrounding the family and still taking donations to love and support Joel's sweet boys and family.  

Courage is having strength in the face of pain or grief! This is a clear picture of our friend and co-worker Joel Styring-Whitehill, who is battling stage 4 lung cancer.
We want to show our support to dear Joel and her two boys (pictured in the photo towards the beginning of her cancer journey) .  

Joel has been undergoing aggressive treatment to battle this awful disease.   Doctor's are unsure as to the cause of her lung cancer as she's never smoked or been around chemicals.  They have tried several different treatments but the cancer has spread.  We are standing strong with Joel.  

Joel's current battle and treatment hasn't allowed her to work.   As her circle of support, we want to make a difference in her life and that of her young two boys (one in elementary and one in high school).  We want to rally around Joel and family to  help her meet daily financial obligations and pay medical bills.

Joel is a fighter and is battling with great strength.  Let's stand with her in this fight to do what we can to help her in this time of need and difficulty!  Joel, you remain in our thoughts, prayers and close to our hearts!
