Join Our Boys Benefit NY

The Join Our Boys Benefit NY was set to help raise funds for these 3 beautiful little boys who have been diagnosed with a terminal illness called Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD). Archie, George and Isaac are 3 brothers and the only children of Pauric and Paula Naughton. The beneficiary of this fundraiser, will be the Trust which was set up to accommodate their needs. We will also be hosting a benefit on march 30th in Elks Lodge, 80-20 Queens Blvd, Flushing NY 11373 at 3pm your support at this event would be very much appreciated.

Archie, George and Isaac, are three brothers who were diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. DMD is a fatal, muscle debilitating disease. Imagine the simple pleasures of children running, jumping and skipping. Instead, boys like Archie, George and Isaac will be confined to a wheel chair before their teenage years. Currently, there is no treatment and no cure for DMD.

Following the diagnosis of Archie, George and Isaac, their parents Paula and Padraic Naughton with support from their local community established the Join Our Boys Trust. The Trust was established and one of the projects of the trust was to raise funds to build a specific home that will support comfort level and complex needs of the boys daily living so they can remain together as a family and to allow the boys to be as independent as possible, for as long as possible. The Naughton family would “borrow” the house for the time required for the boys.

Your support is critical to our efforts to provide a safe home for the 3 boys.  They broke ground on the structure in February, however we will need to work within an estimated construction cost of 1.5 million euros and we are far from reaching this goal. Time is precious for the boys to live in the best possible way for their time with those who love them most.  Again your support is much appreciated.
