Joseph Regan Medical Costs
Donation protected
What was thought to be Hepatitis from a fast food restaurant’s chicken tenders, turned into every parent’s worst diagnosis; “your child does not have Hepatitis, it is Leukemia.” Joe Regan, entering his senior year at ESM, was diagnosed August 31st with leukemia. The cancer is attacking his liver to the point his liver was not functioning to where it needed, causing the hepatitis. There was an initial concern he would need to be transferred to Pittsburgh due to liver failure, however the doctors are monitoring his liver function and treating him to help improve the function so he can receive the higher doses of chemotherapy.
Tom and Kristy need our help to offset medical costs, which are not completely covered by insurance. Joe has a long road to recovery and cure ahead and we want to help in the only way we can right now. The major medical costs will be with the family for a couple of years for Joe to receive the treatment and monitoring needed to beat his cancer. Please join us in helping out Joe and his family.
