Memorial Fund for Jose Tobias

My name is Joaquin Mendez. I am one of Jose's brothers. It's not often we come across a genuine spirit in our lives. One that touches each soul it encounters, and leaves us grinning from ear to ear. Jose Tobias was that for anyone who happened to be graced with his precence. He was unique to say the least. Whether he was randomnly sending us funny videos or cooking his famous tres leche he lifted you up; even when you didn't know it. He was our smile. He loved to draw and ride his motorcycle.

He was an amazing father and caring husband. He left behind his wife, Kerri and two beautiful children, Alleahbelle(3), Alejandro(2).
