Josiah’s Top Surgery

My names Josiah and im 18 and trying to save for top surgery. I was diagnosed with gender dysphoria almost a year ago. Ive already begun taking steps to start my medical transition. Im not going to give a sob story about being poor because im not.  Im your average college student I make A's and study hard. Im normally not one to ask for help, but in this case I need as much help as I can possibly get. Ive been saving on my own but its taking as you an imagine a REALLY long time. My parents support me in my transition but I dont feel it right to dump a huge amount on them when they already doing their best in providing for me. This is about my mental health its not a phase. Like I said I hate asking for help yet here I am lol. Honestly ANYTHING HELPS.
