JP's 1st Marathon - Manchester 3 April 2022

Do you want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money in aid of Age Connects Cardiff and the Vale and every donation will help older people living in my neighbourhood. I'm a befriending volunteer with Age Connects so this cause means a lot to me.

 

The Charity offers services funded through 61 staff and have the added value of 300 volunteers. Among the services: An Ageing Well programme, a Senior Health shop, Good Neighbour Schemes, Nail cutting service plus Befriending and Shopping.

I'll be following a 15 week training plan and providing regular updates on the highs and lows in the build up to Sunday 3 April in Manchester.
