Andrea Geller Legal Fund

I am starting this legal fund to help Andrea Geller with her mounting legal fees in her defense of a lawsuit brought by her Association (CAR).     I do not know Andrea all that well but I am vehemently opposed to an Association filing a lawsuit against an individual in their Association for asking questions and making comments about the finances of that Association.     In my opinion, this is a David versus Goliath story with the Association using their funds to attack an individual with limited funds.    As far as I am concerned, this could be any one of us and I admire Andrea for her strength and courage to defend this lawsuit.

My understanding of Andrea is that she has volunteered her time to  the REALTOR association in wide variety of positions. She has served as a Board of Director of local, state and national level. Chaired and Vice Chaired several committees including Government Affairs. She has sat as a member on many committees including the Chicago Association of Realtors Audit, Finance, Good Neighbor Awards, CARPAC and RPAC committees. Her commitment includes her ongoing support of RPAC giving thousands of dollars over the years.
