Juju in Crisis - Please Help Me

I am writing this plea for help through a veil of tears. So many of you helped me pay for my medical treatment this... You literally saved my life. In September I was devastated when I lost my job for I live paycheck to paycheck. Right now I am grateful to be working at a call center for I have a place to go each day. 
Truthfully at this moment I have 5.00 In my wallet. There is money for food or rent ... I am eating a loaf of bread and pop tarts for this is all I all I have.Please help me for I don't know if I can get through this. I am 62 years old,lost in fear and despair.
