Justice for Juan Castillo

Juan " Guero" Castillo was born and raised in Santa Monica, CA. He attended Will Rogers elementary , JAMS middle school, Santa Monica High school and was currently enrolled at SMC. He had a passion for sports and was about to join the Marine Corps. As a child he played for AYSO, Pacific coast soccer club and little league baseball.
He was loved by all his friends, family and every person he touched. His dreams were shattered and all that we ask for is justice.

My heart is broken for the loss of our beloved Guero.
We may not be related by blood but after 22years of being a part of the Castillo family my heart aches with them. I've known Guero since he was born and he always had a smile on his face. I remember when he was just a little kid he would sit next to me and rub my thigh and give me that side smile, just to get a reaction from me. Or when my dad use to be our soccer coach and we would all meet at Clover Park. He was always trying to take the soccer ball away from me. He was so competitive and had a passion for sports. Now all we have are our beautiful memories.
