Justice for young farming family

Please share and help us to try and make a difference to all farmers suffering with tb in their herds.  Please help us to try and make sure this never happens to a farming family again.  We believe we can make a difference to all farms with your support. We also believe we can stamp out negligence and bad attitude in APHA and get the authorities to work better with farmers to stamp out this disease.......

Three years ago Hefin and Lucy Owen of Newcastle Emlyn were falsely accused of tampering with their tb test on their cows and causing injury to their dairy herd by defra.  They fought this terrible allegation and proved the vets dealing with their case were negligent and wrong.  There happiness in being proved innocent still meant substantial losses and the loss of their precious dairy herd which had to be sold.  They are now fighting defra who have refused to compensate them for the losses which destroyed their future and that of their young family.  They are seeking funds to fight a claim through court against defra for their wholly inadequate, negligent response .  Their story is being featured on country file on the 2/12/18.  Your help will help them fight this claim and by fighting defra to ensure that no other young family will face such a terrible ordeal.
